Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"The Penang Keuh Tiaw shop offers very delicious stir fry noodle and fast service. We came here at night, the food court was fully open with all the counters. Outside it was raining but the food court was dry and nice. Food and drinks are reasonable price. And behind this food court there are two other ones, smaller, but they also have their own nice food."
"The food is above average. The roast duck was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves as we were sat in a room with a karaoke machine. So we had a ball singing and entertaining ourselves."
"There were a lot of food stall to be choose from. I have been here a couple of time. The ambience was great as well. Beside, they also provide a giant projector screen, mostly for sports channel. As for drinks, it was not that expensive nor cheap. Reasonable price. Cleanliness was good. As for their restroom, it is clean compare to other food court nearby. The area that could improve is to be more alert to their customers, but that was okay."
"Very nice kueh teow soup 猪肉粉 with fresh ingredients. Worth the try and cost only Rm6."
"If you are a fan of iced drink and feeling lucky, you may get the skull glass like I do today. Here comes 3 sets of my family favourite chicken rice (1 steam, 2 roasted). Rm 5/plate. The Mak Cik stall nearby the water counter selling Assam Fish is also very nice, recommend. Ps: Please prepare cash. Most of the shop as now 14 September 2025 did not accept e-wallet or transfer."
"Come here for supper, impressive with the tomyam fried rice. Very flavourful and "wok hei". Not too salty. My top 1 tomyum fried rice in kuching."
"Quite quiet and not many stalls during lunch hour. A big and spacious open air space. During lunch time, there are a few stalls open. The fast food seems to be the most famous stall during this time. Ordered sweet mee goreng from Alex’s Local Delights. It is delicious and has the sweet flavour to it. The kueh chap is also not bad. The chilli sauce that comes with the kueh chap is sour and vinegary. The pho from the new Vietnamese lack ingredients as the beef is little and there is barely other toppings aside from the onions and spring onions. As for the fast food, despite excluding rice, the price maintains the same which was quite confusing and frustrating. The chicken katsu with Japanese curry was very disappointing. The curry was too little and barely there, the chicken is small, flavourless and dry."
"Great place to watch football during supper and the only kopitiam that you can directly get MCD next door = Great location. There is a lot of variety of food to choose from such as Burgers, MCD and Chinese food. Drinks are affordable compared to getting drinks at MCD. Parking is the hassle in the area as road is quite small due to the previous design element and many people double park during peak period. Furthermore, alot of people smoke in the kopitiam so be aware where you seat to avoid the smoke."
